I'm going to order this kit. I'm so exicted! Plus they are having a special that you get a free mystery product with each order over $5. I love free stuff!!! Ilike that this kit hase the template and a whole pack of of Daisy D ribbon. I'm thinking a beach layout will be in its future.

I definately think you could make the ottoman. I didn't actually build the frame part, my hubby did, but I think it was pretty simple. Just some basic power tools, like a saw to cut the plywood. That's really the only step that I would even imagine could have emergency room potential. Give it a try!
